The finesse of raising funds for charity at live events is an art form. From understanding the sponsoring artists’ or teams needs and wants to each nonprofit’s priorities, we help our clients identify each organization’s mission to deliver an engaging, inspiring, and profitable live appeal, to help change the lives of millions of people and animals across the globe.
The Message Platform
We help you produce or conduct a short Guided Appeal for Funds. Whether the Appeal is in person or digital, we'll walk you through when, what and how to inspire your riders to give.
We Help: (prior to the event)
• Identify the Foundation or Charity Messaging;
• Write, Produce and Rehearse Show Scripts;
• Coordinate Speakers, Videos, and Interviews;
• Interface with Production Manager and FOH Staff:
• Coordinate all Aspects of the Appeal;
• Manage Donations and Distribution of Funds.
We Perform or Monitor: (during the charity ride)
